The page headings for this web site (see the panel on the right) might be used as headings for the formal Evaluation Report. However, bear in mind that different stakeholders will be interested in different aspects of your findings. For example, senior managers will have a very different perspective from technical developers. It is therefore worth thinking about how to present key findings to different groups - and to think this through while designing the evaluation in case it reveals the need to collect new or different data, or to analyse it in different ways.
It is usual to complete an evaluation report with conclusions and recommendations. Again these need to be carefully targeted to the intended audiences.
It is worth adding that JISC has always been supportive of projects which come up with 'negative' findings - such as that a particular technical approach does not work after all. This is valuable learning for the community and should be presented as such.
